Payment is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation email. These terms and conditions and any additional conditions applicable to the service are subject to payment. Payment is accepted in British Pounds (GBP) at an exchange rate set by the issuing bank or payment system. Customers are responsible for all transaction costs and must keep us informed of any changes to their personal contact details. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Changes in Services
ISM may adjust prices, modify delivery times or refuse to provide services if the client makes significant changes to the services after entering into the agreement. If services are refused, the client will be charged for the work performed.
Cancellation of Services
.Full Refund for Incorrect Payments:
 If you make a payment by mistake, we will refund the full amount, minus a 5% processing fee.
 To be eligible for a refund, you must not have had any contact with ISM and must send a refund request within 24 hours of the transaction.
.Partial Payment and Unperformed Services Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a partially paid service that has not yet been performed, we will provide a 70% refund.
. If the client cancels the service, ISM can request payment for the work completed and study time for the remaining service. If ISM has reserved time for the service, the client may be charged 50% of the fee for the portion of the work not completed.
If you decide to cancel the services provided by ISM after the work has been completed, no refund will be given, regardless of the results obtained.

Please note that once the work has been completed and the necessary documents and agreements have been provided, ISM has fulfilled its obligations and no refunds will apply.
Pricing and Payment
The prices apply to services that meet the agreed specifications. Additional costs or work due to reasons such as unclear specifications or errors in documentation may result in price increases. Payment in full should be made before the work begins or when ISM agrees.
ISM Consulting Cancellation
The agreement remains in force until the services are completed or the relationship is terminated under certain conditions, such as the client not providing the required documents within 30 days or ISM being unable to contact the client within 15 days. Misleading information, non-payment and withholding of information may also lead to the termination of the contract without refund.
If clients experience any problems while using our services, we recommend that they contact us.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ISM, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the services provided. The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud by the Company.
Service Availability and Security
We strive to keep the Website and Services available, but downtime and server outages may occur. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Services, temporarily or indefinitely, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
