In September 2023, I became a victim of a fraudulent brokerage company that deceived me and made me lose all the money I deposited on its platform. Although this brokerage company promised me huge profits and safe withdrawals, this was not the case and the brokerage company refused to refund my money. As a result, I lost US$36,730.45. I entrusted my case to Avril and the ISM team, who carefully investigated the incident and came up with the best strategic plan to recover my losses. Since September 2023, they have been negotiating with the brokerage firm, as well as disputing my transactions with the brokerage firm with my bank and following up on the case in a timely manner. As a result of this systematic approach, I have recovered a significant portion of my losses, but the case is still not finalized and hopefully we will be able to recover the full amount stolen by the brokerage firm.
